Discussion

This skin disease has persisted for a long time, over six months, and is classified as an intractable and suppurative skin condition. The treatment for this case focuses on reducing inflammation, promoting the rupture of pustules, using medication to clean out the pustules, and combined with medication, medicinal baths, and re-establishing the skin barrier. Laser therapy can accelerate skin blood circulation, promote skin metabolism, speed up the rupture of pustules, cause the dilation of skin capillaries, and promote rapid skin healing. After 7 days of laser therapy, the skin condition showed significant improvement.
