Medical History

An 8-month-old Pit Bull presented with extensive dorsal pyoderma complicated by erythema and ulceration across the back.

Treatment Protocol

Medical Therapy

Antibacterial medicated baths twice weekly plus nutritional liquid drops; oral amoxicillin administered daily.

Laser Therapy Protocol

The acute 25×25 skin-wound laser setting was used for full dorsal irradiation.

Result

The lesion substantially healed after approximately one week of treatment.
